Dream Herb --Calea Zacatechichi -also known Bitter Grass, is a plant used by the indigenous Chontal of the Mexican state of Oaxaca for dream based divination. The plant naturally occurs from southern Mexico to northern Costa Rica.
Mad Dog Skull Cap -- Scutellaria Lateriflora - native to the North Mid-West enjoys temperate climates. Skull cap has been used in the past for its suspected medical properties. As a side note has beautiful blue blossom and is a member of the mint family
Sun Opener --Heimia Salicifolia- also known as Sun Opener, It is native to the southern United State to Central Mexico. The slender fast growing shrub was used for divination of past memories in Native American tribes. Shamans reportedly saw a yellow/golden tint during the experience giving rise to sun opener.
Blue Passion Flower --Passiflora Caerulea- also known as Blue Passion Flower, A large vine developing gorgeous flower about 3 inches wide. A Central American native that is actually hardy to zone 7 and some times colder. Spanish settlers saw the symbols of the passion of Christ in the complex flowers. The fruit is eatable and actually very good.
Ashwagandha --Withania Somnifera - Another India native with lots of names also known as Ashwagandha, Indian ginseng, Winter cherry, Ajagandha, Kanaje Hindi, Amukkara in Tamil and Samm Al Ferakh. Use in fok medince this short bushy shrub is a rainy season crop. It is claimed to possess aphrodisiac, sedative, rejuvenate and life prolonging properties but very little study has been done to validate these claims.
Klip Dagga --Leonotis nepetifolia, is a plant in the Lamiaceae (mint) family. The plant is a perennial native to and very common in southern Africa, though it can also be found in California, Hawaii and Australia. It is known for its medicinal properties.
